I got this recipe from the Bisquick site. They are easy to make and yummy finger food!

Ingredients For bisquick pecan fingers

  • 1 c
    reduced-fat bisquick mix
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp
    boiling water
  • powdered sugar for dusting

How To Make bisquick pecan fingers

  • 1
    Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray.

    In lg bowl, blend together bisquick mix, butter, pecans, sugar & vanilla. Add wtar and w/ fork mix until a dough forms.

    Shape dough into 24, 2-1/2" fingers. Place fingers on baking sheet and bake about 10-12 min. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
