Ingredients
- 1 package dry active yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter/marg melted
- 1 cup milk (warmed to 105f or 40c
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- FILLING
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- TOPPING
- 1 1/2 cups powder/ icing sugar
- 1 package cream cheese softend
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup butter softened

Step 1For Dough. In large bowl dissolved, yeast in warm milk and add sugar and melted butter, salt, eggs,and mix well. Let stand a few min and add your flour. Knead the dough for about 5-7 min this will make the dough fluffy and give you a bit of a workout. :) Return to bowl and smooth a bit of buter over the dough and cover. Place in a warm place to rise. about an hour

Step 2Remove dough and roll dough to 21 inches by 16 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick. Fillin: Spread the dough with soft butter and then cover with sugar and cinnamon and nutmeg.

Step 3Roll the dough and cut into 2 inch slices and place in a greased baking pan.Cover and let rise again for an hour

Step 4Preheat oven to 375. Bake for 20 min or till golden brown. Glaze: Combine glaze ingredients and beat till fluffy. Spread over hot or cool buns. ENJOY!
