banket bars
No Image
I have a few friends that love gaming - but they're separate friends. So, I set up a gaming night to bring them altogether. One of them brought this dessert. . . And I fell instantly IN LOVE. I've always loved banket (for those that don't know, it's a Dutch delicacy), but have also been dissatisfied with the flaky coating on the outside. This eliminates that coating. Anyway, I pestered her for the recipe, and, finally, she looked it up, took a screenshot of the page and sent that to me. It was written in email format, so I cleaned it up, put it in recipe format, and here it is!
