1 package (4 serving size) vanilla pudding and pie filling mix. --2 cups milk. -- 1 cup coarsely crushed sugar free cookies slices. -- mint sprigs (optional) .

How To Make banana cream parfaits

Step 1

Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk; cool 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Step 2

In parfait or wine glasses,layer 2 teaspoons cookie crumbs, -- 1/4 cup banana slices and 1/4 cup pudding pudding. Repeat layering. Cover;chill at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours before serving.Garnish with mint.
