Found this in the newspaper yesterday and thought it sounded good. And I like nothing better than to share the good things in life!!

  • 2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    firm butter
  • 1 pkg
    (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 c
  • 2 medium
  • 2 c
    whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 c
    toasted shredded coconut
  • 1/4 c
    toasted silvered almonds

How to Make Banana-Coconut Cream Dessert


  1. Heat oven 375 degrees.
  2. Mix biscuit mix and sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter, using a pastry blender or crisscrossing two knives, until crumbly.
  3. Press into bottom of ungreased 7X11 inch baking dish. Bake 13 to 15 min. or until light brown. Cool completely,about 30 min.
  4. Make pudding as directed on pkg., using 1&3/4 cups milk. Spread over crust. Top with bananas.Spread whipped cream over top. Sprinkle with coconut and almonds.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 1hr. but no longer than 24hrs.
