Found this in the newspaper yesterday and thought it sounded good. And I like nothing better than to share the good things in life!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bisquick mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup firm butter
  • 1 package (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup toasted silvered almonds

How To Make banana-coconut cream dessert

  • Step 1
    Heat oven 375 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix biscuit mix and sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter, using a pastry blender or crisscrossing two knives, until crumbly.
  • Step 3
    Press into bottom of ungreased 7X11 inch baking dish. Bake 13 to 15 min. or until light brown. Cool completely,about 30 min.
  • Step 4
    Make pudding as directed on pkg., using 1&3/4 cups milk. Spread over crust. Top with bananas.Spread whipped cream over top. Sprinkle with coconut and almonds.
  • Step 5
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1hr. but no longer than 24hrs.
