Found this in the newspaper yesterday and thought it sounded good. And I like nothing better than to share the good things in life!!

Ingredients

2 c
bisquick mix
2 Tbsp
sugar
1/4 c
firm butter
1 pkg
(4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 3/4 c
milk
2 medium
bananas
2 c
whipped topping, thawed
1/4 c
toasted shredded coconut
1/4 c
toasted silvered almonds

How to Make Banana-Coconut Cream Dessert

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven 375 degrees.
  • 2Mix biscuit mix and sugar in a medium bowl. Cut in butter, using a pastry blender or crisscrossing two knives, until crumbly.
  • 3Press into bottom of ungreased 7X11 inch baking dish. Bake 13 to 15 min. or until light brown. Cool completely,about 30 min.
  • 4Make pudding as directed on pkg., using 1&3/4 cups milk. Spread over crust. Top with bananas.Spread whipped cream over top. Sprinkle with coconut and almonds.
  • 5Cover and refrigerate at least 1hr. but no longer than 24hrs.
