banana cheesecake
This was a request from my Son for his birthday, apparently I "nailed" it.. super creamy & rich.

Ingredients
- 4 , 8 ounces cream cheese bars
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon banana extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 2 - ripe bananas, smashed
- whipped cream for decor
How To Make banana cheesecake

Step 1start by bringing all ingredients to room temperature. preheat oven to 350.

Step 2in a mixing bowl add cream cheeses & sugar...mix with a hand blender till fluffy, add in 1 egg at a time and keep fluffing.

Step 3add in the extracts, sour cream, milk, smashed bananas & corn starch

Step 4crush the wafers ( except for a few for décor) I use a plastic bag and crush with rolling pin.

Step 5melt the stick of butter and add to the crushed wafers, add into a spring form pan and press firmly with the bottom of a glass.

Step 6place on top of a cookie sheet in case of any leaks, bake for 60 mins, turn off oven, open oven door and place a wooden spoon, as to release heat but leave the cheese cake in for another 30 mins.

Step 7cool and refrigerate over night.. Enjoy!
