This is a great re-invention of a classic that adds a lot of bold and unique flavors. This recipe is great for those cold nights.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 3 ounces cooked bacon, minced
- 3 cups frying oil
- 3 ounces eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make bacon churros

Step 1in a large pot add the water, sugar and oil and allow to come to a boil next whisk in the flour and bacon until it forms a ball. Remove the mixture and place into a large bowl and fold in the eggs until fully absorbed, now place into a piping bag and pipe out long 3in churros onto a silt pad.

Step 2Next freeze for 10 minutes. While churros are freezing place the fry oil in a large pot and bring temperature up to 350 degrees next remove churros from freezer and drop into the hot oil and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 3Once cooked remove and place into a bowl with the cinnamon and sugar toss gently, serve immediately
