  • 1 - duncan hines chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 2 - bars of mayan chocolate w/chipoltles
  • 1 can fudge frosting
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  • 1 box dream whip/prepared

  • Step 1
    SET THE OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  • Step 2
    FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON THE CAKE MIX PACKAGE,MELT THE MAYAN CHOCOLATE BARS IN THE MICROWAVE ON LOW HEAT 10 SECONDS AT A TIME UNTIL MELTED- ADD TO BATTER AND BAKE THE CAKE UNTIL DONE-LET COOL

    WHILE CAKE IS COOLING ,MIX REMAINING MELTED CHOCOLATE,COFFEE LIQUER AND FROSTING IN A BOWL AND STIR BY HAND ONLY UNTIL COMBINED
  • Step 4
    WHEN CAKE IS COOLED, CUT INTO PIECES AND IN A ROUND CASSEROLE OR TRIFLE DISH , PLACE FIRST LAYER OF CAKE PIECES ON BOTTOM, SPOON FROSTING ON TOP AND TOP WITH A LAYER OF DREAM WHIP. CONTINUE WITH LAYERS UNTIL THE TOP OF DISH IS REACHED. PLACE FOIL OVER TOP AND USE A DISH TO WEIGH DOWN THE TOP-PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR TWO HOURS UNTIL FIRMLY SET.
