Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you need an easy dessert that is customizable, try these crumb bars. We bet you have the ingredients in your pantry right now. The cookie part is not overly sweet; it's buttery and tender. The layer of jam adds nice flavor and sweetness. The cookie dough is used as the crumble topping. It's a nice contrast to the sweet jam. We used raspberry jam, but use your favorite. Strawberry jam would be delicious. These cookie bars are perfect for any occasion where you need a simple dessert.
