This recipe can easily doubled and put into a 9 x13 pan.
You also can use blueberry pie filling or use some of your Graham cracker pie crust to sprinkle on top.

    8oz cream cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c
    real lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 oz
    cherry pie filling
  • 1
    9" grahm cracker pie crust
  • GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2-3 c
    crushed cinnamon grahm cracker

How to Make Aunt Judy's Cherry Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix Graham cracker ingredients together. Press into a 9" pie plate. Bake in a preheated oven (325) for 10 minutes.Cool
  2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla and real lemon concentrate.
  5. Pour into crust and refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  6. Top with the cherry pie filling.
