This recipe can easily doubled and put into a 9 x13 pan. You also can use blueberry pie filling or use some of your Graham cracker pie crust to sprinkle on top.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup real lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ounce cherry pie filling
  • 1 - 9" grahm cracker pie crust
  • GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2-3 cups crushed cinnamon grahm cracker

How To Make aunt judy's cherry cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Mix Graham cracker ingredients together. Press into a 9" pie plate. Bake in a preheated oven (325) for 10 minutes.Cool
  • Step 2
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Step 3
    Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • Step 4
    Stir in vanilla and real lemon concentrate.
  • Step 5
    Pour into crust and refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  • Step 6
    Top with the cherry pie filling.
