This recipe can easily doubled and put into a 9 x13 pan. You also can use blueberry pie filling or use some of your Graham cracker pie crust to sprinkle on top.

Ingredients For aunt judy's cherry cheesecake

  • 1 oz
    8oz cream cheese
  • 1 can
    14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c
    real lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 oz
    cherry pie filling
  • 1
    9" grahm cracker pie crust
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 2-3 c
    crushed cinnamon grahm cracker

How To Make aunt judy's cherry cheesecake

    Mix Graham cracker ingredients together. Press into a 9" pie plate. Bake in a preheated oven (325) for 10 minutes.Cool

    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

    Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

    Stir in vanilla and real lemon concentrate.
  • 5
    Pour into crust and refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  • 6
    Top with the cherry pie filling.
