- 2 - loaves pepperidge farm bakery white bread
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese softened
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- CINNAMON/SUGAR TOPPING
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Step 1Cut all the crusts off bread. Flatten each piece with a rolling pin. Combine all ingredients of the filling and spread on each piece. Roll up. In a pan melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter. In a separate bowl combine 6 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Dip rolled up bread in butter and then roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with pam and Refrigerate for one hour. After an hour cut each in half. Bake at 350 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes or until light brown.
