Can be a great diet dessert if you use sugar free/low fat substitutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla pudding
  • 1 box tapioca pudding
  • 1 box jello (any flavor)
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 can fruit cocktail (drained)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3 - boiling water

How To Make ambrosia

  • Step 1
    Add boiling water to boxes of puddings and jello. Stir until dissolved. Let cool and put in refrigerator until firm.
  • Step 2
    Once firm, use a mixer to smooth it and add cool whip. Mix until creamy.
  • Step 3
    Add drained fruit and mix with spoon. Add marshmallows then refrigerate until firm
  • Step 4
    If you like, you can also add coconut or add anything that you may like
