Just a simple easy way to make your own almond paste! To peel & blanch almonds yourself, simply immerse raw almonds in boiling water for 60 seconds. ONLY 60 seconds or the almonds will get mushy. Pour into colander and rinse with cold water. Skins will simply pop of off almonds. It tastes great and super easy to make.
