Accidental. . . We've got a favorite dessert recipe that serves a lot of different purposes. Including my birthday treat for work. But, bless him, the hubs was helping me out by making them and made his most typical mistake - he didn't read the directions, threw it all together, forgot ingredients. . . you get the idea. And, while we did remake the recipe for work (the original is pretty), we also scarfed this down at home as a new and amazing dessert!

Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large egg
- 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
How To Make accidental lemon blondie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2Stir together all the ingredients. Spread mixture evenly into the bottom of an 7" x 11" baking pan.

Step 3Bake for 23 - 27 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into bars and serve.
