I don,t make sweets or cakes too much.....i like more,spices,pickles,etc.But,sometimes,when I want something sweets,I prefer,a delicate,fluffy dessert.Lemon rind and the lemon juice give a fresh aroma,and,with pistachios,is a contrast.If you don,t like lemon use orange.Anyway,hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup youghurt
- 100 milliliters sour cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons sugar powder
- 1 medium orange
- 50 grams pistachio
- 1 sprig mint
How To Make a little dessert

Step 1Mix in a bowl,youghurt,sour cream,lemon juice,lemon peel,sugar.

Step 2Wash,peel,and slice the orange.

Step 3Pour the mixture in a tall glass,and,chill in the fridge.

Step 4When you serve ,put orange slices,minced and peeled pistachio,and decorate with mint sprig.
