This recipe is so easy and very versatile. You can use any flavor and type of bread and icing flavors are practically endless. Toppings like whipped cream or any flavor of ice cream would just add something over the top. Ingredients
- 3 slices 100% whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup cake icing
- 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
How To Make 60 second cake, 3 ingredient microwave cake

Step 1In a 8 X 8 inch glass baking dish spread approx. 1 T icing on the bottom of pan.

Step 2Butter one side of 2 slices of bread and stack them on the icing.

Step 3Stack last slice of bread (Do Not Butter) on top and spread remaining icing on top and sides of bread stack. (I used milk chocolate icing)

Step 4Put in microwave and heat on hi for 60 seconds
