Toppings like whipped cream or any flavor of ice cream would just add something over the top. Ingredients For 60 second cake, 3 ingredient microwave cake

3 slice100% whole grain bread

1/2 ccake icing

1 Tbspbutter, unsalted
How To Make 60 second cake, 3 ingredient microwave cake

1In a 8 X 8 inch glass baking dish spread approx. 1 T icing on the bottom of pan.

2Butter one side of 2 slices of bread and stack them on the icing.

3Stack last slice of bread (Do Not Butter) on top and spread remaining icing on top and sides of bread stack. (I used milk chocolate icing)

4Put in microwave and heat on hi for 60 seconds
