This recipe is so easy and very versatile. You can use any flavor and type of bread and icing flavors are practically endless. Toppings like whipped cream or any flavor of ice cream would just add something over the top. If having a dinner party, find out what flavor combinations each guest likes and have every guest served a personalized dessert. The possibilities, well I think you get my meaning.

How to Make 60 Second Cake, 3 Ingredient Microwave Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. In a 8 X 8 inch glass baking dish spread approx. 1 T icing on the bottom of pan.
  2. Butter one side of 2 slices of bread and stack them on the icing.
  3. Stack last slice of bread (Do Not Butter) on top and spread remaining icing on top and sides of bread stack. (I used milk chocolate icing)
  4. Put in microwave and heat on hi for 60 seconds
