Another of my mother-in-laws recipes that we just love. Hope you do too!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks magarine
  • 1/2 cup nuts (chopped)
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 - container of cool whip (9 oz.)
  • 1 package pudding mix (instant)
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar

How To Make 4 layer dessert

  • Step 1
    Blend flour, margarine, and nuts and press into a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
  • Step 2
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, and 1/2 of the Cool Whip, spread over the crust. Mix pudding with milk, pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate and enjoy!
