Ingredients

  • 1ST LAYER

  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 2ND LAYER

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    cool whip
  • 3RD LAYER

  • 4 1/2 oz
    instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 1/2 c
    cold milk
  • 4TH LAYER

  • 4 1/2 oz
    instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 1/2 c
    cold milk
  • TOPPING

  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make 4 Layer Delight

Step-by-Step

  1. 1st Layer:
    Mix together,pat into bottom of pan 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees no longer than 15 minutes.(Crust won't be brown).Let cool.
  2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip till smooth. Spread on cooled crust.
  3. Mix pistachio pudding and milk together & spread on cream cheese layer.
  4. Mix vanilla pudding and milk together & spread on pistachio layer.
  5. Spread Cool Whip over Vanilla layer. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate.
