I've been seeing a lot of cake in a cup recipes. Have not tried any until this one. It is simple and really good. Just enough when you are wanting cake.

Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 box cake mix any flavor, i used chocolate fudge
How To Make 3-2-1 cake

Step 1Mix the 2 boxes of cake mix very well. mix 3 tablespoons of this mixture with 2 tablespoons water. You can mix in the coffee cup.

Step 2place the cake batter in the cup and cook in microwave for 1 minute. How quick is that!

Step 3Eat as is or top it with any thing you like. I drizzled a little bit of caramel sauce over mine and a little spoon of whipped topping. The texture is a lot like a sponge cake.
