My husband loves anything with pineapple or orange so this was a perfect chance to give him double his faves. Was easy to make, too.

Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can pineapple crushed, small can, drained
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- GLAZE 1
- 6 ounces orange juice, frozen concentrate
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- GLAZE 2
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- - just enough orange juice to make right consistency to glaze
How To Make orange bundt cake

Step 1Mix cake according to directions.

Step 2Add coconut, pineapple and pecans.

Step 3Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Check with toothpick for doneness. Cool cake for 25 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan.

Step 4Heat granulated sugar and orange juice until sugar is melted. Pour over warm cake that has holes made with fork or knife, after removing from Bundt pan.

Step 5Reserve a bit of orange juice mixture to mix with powdered sugar for glaze. Glaze should be added when cake is cool.
