Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
How To Make zesty lemon cheesecake ice cream

Step 1cream cream cheese and sugar together till smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time till incorporated. Add vanilla.

Step 2Add lemon zest and lemon juice, mix till smooth. Add heavy cream and half and half. Whip 2 minutes.

Step 3Pour into a plastic container and refrigerate till well chilled.

Step 4Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze for 30 minutes. Transfer to a freezer safe container, and freeze till hard. Garnish with lemon zest and graham cracker crumbs if desired.
