wanted a cold dessert to go with dinner... opened freezer had a bag of watermelon cubes so came up with this i jus checked it.......soooooooooooooo good.......will make this many more times

Ingredients
- 1 quart cubed frozen watermelon
- 2/3 cup simple syrup/equal parts water and sugar[i used splenda] heat to boil boil til sugar disolves

Step 1pour hot simple syrup over frozen watermelon stir to break it up use hand if need be

Step 2pour into metal 9x13 cake pan put in freezer set timer for 30 min

Step 3when timer rings remover from freezer take soup spoon and full frozen from top of sorbay lettin any not froze come to top... do this every 30 min til froze well

Step 4to serve once again pull frozen sorbay off top with ice cream scoop and put in bowl
