- - 3/4 cup limoncello
- - 2 tablespoons lemon or orange zest
- - 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint
- - one box of ginger cookies or amaretti
How To Make vanilla ice cream with limoncello

Step 1divide the ice cream among six ice cream coupes or large stemmed water goblets. Pour 2 tablespoons Limoncello over each serving of ice cream. Sprinkle with the zest and with mint and serve with a cookie or two on the side. Makes six servings.
