This ice cream is a sure hit, not to mention sooo easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams toblerone chocolate
  • 4 - egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon confections sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make toblerone ice cream

  • Step 1
    Melt the chocolate
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs and sugar good then add the vanilla
  • Step 3
    Wip the heavy cream
  • Step 4
    Pour the chocolate into the egg and sugar mix. Gently turn the wipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Make sure you get what is in the bottom of the bowl mixed too :-) Pour the final mixture into your preferred container and freeze for a min of 6 hours. Serve with fresh fruits like strawberries or blueberries.
