2Add the egg whites little by little. When the mixture is nice and soft - not too thin then add the flour.
3Pour the mixture in small shapes or one big shape - silicone is a good choise.
Bake at 350 F for 15-17 minutes.
You can make the macrons in advance but keep them in a close lid cookie jar.
Perfect with ice cream, any fresh fruit, dipped in chocolate... and Danish apple cake :-)
