Ingredients For strawberry no churn ice cream

  • 2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 14 oz
    Eagle brand condensed milk
  • 1 lb
    fresh strawberries

How To Make strawberry no churn ice cream

    Mash or purée strawberries, set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat whipping cream and Eagle brand milk till stiff peaks form. To prevent splattering, start at a lower speed and then increase as peaks begin to form.

    Gently fold strawberries into the mixture, mixing well.

    Pour into a loaf-size pan. Freeze 2-5 hours for soft serve ice cream, longer for firmer ice cream, up to overnight.
