  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz) philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can(s)
    (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c
    whipping cream
  • 2 tsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 3
    graham crackers, crushed

How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream


  1. mix first 4 ingredients with mixer until well blended. freeze 4 hours or until almost solid.
  2. beat cream cheese mixture with mixer until creamy. blend berries in blender until smooth.
  3. add to cream cheese mixture with crushed grahams crackers, mix well. freeze 8 hours or until firm.
  4. remove dessert from freezer 15 minutes before serving and let stand at room temperature to slightly soften before scooping into dishes.
