(8 oz) philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 can(s)
(14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c
whipping cream
2 tsp
lemon zest, grated
1 1/2 c
fresh strawberries, hulled
graham crackers, crushed

How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream


  • 1mix first 4 ingredients with mixer until well blended. freeze 4 hours or until almost solid.
  • 2beat cream cheese mixture with mixer until creamy. blend berries in blender until smooth.
  • 3add to cream cheese mixture with crushed grahams crackers, mix well. freeze 8 hours or until firm.
  • 4remove dessert from freezer 15 minutes before serving and let stand at room temperature to slightly soften before scooping into dishes.
