- 1 package (8 oz) philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 3 - graham crackers, crushed
How To Make strawberry cheesecake ice cream

Step 1mix first 4 ingredients with mixer until well blended. freeze 4 hours or until almost solid.

Step 2beat cream cheese mixture with mixer until creamy. blend berries in blender until smooth.

Step 3add to cream cheese mixture with crushed grahams crackers, mix well. freeze 8 hours or until firm.

Step 4remove dessert from freezer 15 minutes before serving and let stand at room temperature to slightly soften before scooping into dishes.
