I know this isn't much of a dessert recipe but it is one I'm quit fond of due to the memory attached to it. As a teenager, I was close to two very sweet young ladies. We all were at very different stages in our lives and found joy in eachothers company whenever we seldom had the chance. Whenever we planned girl time we made sure we had these 3 ingredients on hand so we could indulge!

Ingredients

1 - strawberry ice cream, half gallon
1/2 package oreo cookies
3-4 - bananas, ripened

How To Make strawberry, banana, and oreo goodness

Step 1

Scoop the entire 1/2 gallon of ice cream into a large bowl and allow to soften for about 10-20 min.

Step 2

Crumble Oreos into coin size size pieces and add to ice cream.
Step 3

Slice bananas and add to ice cream.
Step 4

Stir ingredients together and freeze for about a half hour or at least enough time to allow the ice cream to set up once agian. Enjoy!
