This was handed down from my Grandmother. Every winter my Mom would make this for me and my sister. She always said to wait for the 2nd snow of the season as it was cleaner.

Ingredients
- 1 - mixing bowl, large full of snow
- 1 - egg,beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- - sugar (to taste)
- - milk ( to thicken)
How To Make snow cream

Step 1After the 2nd snow of the season, get a large mixing bowl full of snow.

Step 2Add beaten egg, vanilla and sugar (to taste).

Step 3Add enough milk for soft serve consistency. Enjoy!

Step 4You can freeze for a couple of hours to get soft serve, but it doesn't taste as good if you hard freeze it.
