Ingredients
- 1 quart water
- 3 cups strawberries, chopped
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 cup castor sugar
How To Make sicilian strawberry granita

Step 1Put 1/2 of strawberries and water into a blender and blend until pureed.

Step 2Add the rest of the strawberries and water, sugar, and lemon juice and blend until creamy and smooth.

Step 3Transfer mixture to chilled ice cream bucket. Churn the ingredients for approx. 30 minutes or until mixture is creamy and icy.

Step 4Best to eat right away but can be kept in the freezer for two days.
