3 cstrawberries, chopped

1 ccastor sugar
How to Make Sicilian Strawberry Granita
- Put 1/2 of strawberries and water into a blender and blend until pureed.
- Add the rest of the strawberries and water, sugar, and lemon juice and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Transfer mixture to chilled ice cream bucket. Churn the ingredients for approx. 30 minutes or until mixture is creamy and icy.
- Best to eat right away but can be kept in the freezer for two days.
