I use to make this for my daughter a lot when she was younger. She just asked me the other day about this recipe, so I made it yesterday, just for her.

Ingredients

1 - quart chocolate ice cream, softened.
1 cup mini marshmellows.
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips.
1 - 9" chocolate graham cracker crust.
1 cup marshmellow fluff
1 cup cool whip. thawed

How To Make rocky road pie

Step 1

In lg bowl, combine ice cream, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup chocolate chips, mix well. Spoon into crust. In another bowl, beat fluff and cool whip. Spread evenly over ice cream. Cover w/ plastic wrap. Freeze for 4 hrs. Sprinkle w/ remaining walnuts and chocolate chips.
