This recipe was in my Taste of Home Grand Prize Winners Book from 2011. I like that you can make it without an icecream maker, and of course that it is sooooo delish! See what you think! Prep. time does NOT include freezing time.

(14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
heavy whipping cream
miniature chocolate chips
salted peanuts, chopped
How To Make
In a small bowl, combine the milk and chocolate syrup; set aside. In a large bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture, marshmallows, chocolate chips and peanuts.
Transfer to freezer-proof container; cover and freeze for 5 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
