Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.

Step 2

Gradually beat in sugar, then milk, half and half, raspberries and lemon juice.
Step 3

Cover, refrigerate 30 minutes.
Step 4

Freeze as directed.
Step 5

Makes 2 quarts.
