Ingredients

  • 3 - egg whites
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 3 cups raspberries in syrup, pureed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How To Make razzle dazzle raspberry sherbet

  • Step 1
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
  • Step 2
    Gradually beat in sugar, then milk, half and half, raspberries and lemon juice.
  • Step 3
    Cover, refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Freeze as directed.
  • Step 5
    Makes 2 quarts.
