How to Make Razzle Dazzle Raspberry Sherbet


  • 1Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
  • 2Gradually beat in sugar, then milk, half and half, raspberries and lemon juice.
  • 3Cover, refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • 4Freeze as directed.
  • 5Makes 2 quarts.
