Ingredients
- - 1/2 pint fresh raspberries
- - 3 tbsp. triple sec liqueur
- - 1 cup heavy cream
- - 8 scoops rich vanilla ice cream
How To Make raspberry jack

Step 1Put rinsed raspberries on paper towel to absorb any excess water. Then place in a bowl and add 3 Tbsp. triple sec. Let stand til ready to use but no longer than 1 hour.

Step 2Whip cream til stiff

Step 3In 4 in individual serving dishes, put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Divide raspberries into 4 portions and add to ice cream. top with whipped cream and serves. Serves 4
