This picture is not of a sweet to eat, but it includes a double rainbow! This is the small village nearby,a harbor with some commercial fishing vessels, a Coast Guard Station,waterfront cottages and sailboats on moorings, and pleasure boats in slips. I hoped my double rainbow would showup better. It starts over what is known here as Prospect Hill on the left and ends at the hilltop shown.

Ingredients

2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup thick hot fudge sauce
1 tablespoon malted milk powder
1 large tower of whipped cream
1 - red cherry on top

How To Make rainbow treats

Step 1

Place the ice cream in a bowl or parfait dish; ladle the hot fudge sauce over it; top it with malted milk powder; top it off with lots of whipped cream and a cherry on top.
