Ingredients

  • 1 can 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon (optional)
  • 2 cups heavy cream, cold

How To Make quickie ice cream

  • Step 1
    Mix together the SC milk, vanilla and bourbon.. set aside.
  • Step 2
    Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, approx. 3 minutes with mixer.
  • Step 3
    Fold in SC milk mixture; Pour into a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch loaf pan... cover and freeze 6 hours.. Enjoy!!
