  • 6 ounces carbmaster vanilla yogurt
  • 6 medium frozen stawberries
  • 1/4 cup 2 % milk

How To Make quick frozen yogurt smoothie/icecream

    Mix all these in your blender and enjoy. Add a little less milk and you can have icecream. Total calories as is listed about 125. Enjoy!!!
