Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon grapefruit zest (white, pink or ruby red)
- 1 1/4 cups pink grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 x large egg white
How To Make pink grapefruit sorbet (crohn's safe)

Step 1Combine sugar, zest & water. Bring to boil. Remove from heat when sugar is dissolved. Add juices.

Step 2Transfer sorbet mix to a storage container & refrigerate for 6 hours. Add lightly beaten egg white to mixture & mix thoroughly.

Step 3Freeze sorbet mixture in freezer for 4 hours or longer before serving.
