This is an easy and versatile recipe. Everyone loves it! It is especially good on chocolate ice cream. You can substitute any extract in any amount for the peppermint and use any crushed candy or cookies (toffee bits, Oreos, etc.) in place of the crushed peppermints. It's also great poured over cake and fruit.
