This is one of my favorites that my mother used to make for us as a child. I am grown and still love making it for my Hubby :) Try it once and there's no turning back!!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Oh my! This is so good, I just can't stop eating it! The perfect treat for a special party or on a warm summer afternoon.

Ingredients For oreo mint chocolate chip freeze

  • 26
    Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/3 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 gal
    mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 1 sm
    jar fudge topping
  • 1 pkg
    Cool Whip, 8 oz.

How To Make oreo mint chocolate chip freeze

    Mix cookies and butter together and pat into glass baking pan 9 x 12 inch.

    Spread 1/2 gal. ice cream on cookie mixture.

    Spread with fudge topping and then Cool Whip. Sprinkle 2 crushed Oreo's on whipped cream.

    Freeze 2 hours.
