Orange sherbet? Most people make vanilla ice cream, so you'll be considered the best ice cream maker in the world when you serve this. I think Neal and Gloria, our Pensacola friends, gave me this recipe, but they don't remember giving it to me.

Ingredients
- 2 cans eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 quarts sunkist orange soda
- 1 can 16-oz. crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make orange sherbet

Step 1Mix and freeze according to freezer manufacturer's directions.

Step 2Be sure to drain pineapple on paper towels to get just as much juice out as possible. You'll have one gallon of pure delight dessert. Especially good served with store-bought waffle sugar cookies.
