Found online a while back...not sure where but it's quick and easy and tastes great. Easy to make up ahead for a group to finish a great Mexican dinner.

Ingredients

  • 6 c
    favorite corn flakes, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 5 Tbsp
    corn syrup, light
  • 2 Tbsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 gal
    vanilla ice cream

How to Make No Fry-Fried Ice Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine crushed cereal, sugar, butter, corn syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix up good; set aside.
  2. Shape ice cream into 3 inch balls and roll in the cereal mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the ball is fully coated.
  3. Place ice cream balls in muffin tins and freeze until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with choice of toppings...whipped cream, chocolate syrup or cinnamon and a cherry on top!
