no fry-fried ice cream
Found online a while back...not sure where but it's quick and easy and tastes great. Easy to make up ahead for a group to finish a great Mexican dinner.

Ingredients
- 6 cups favorite corn flakes, crushed
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 5 tablespoons corn syrup, light
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 gallon vanilla ice cream
How To Make no fry-fried ice cream

Step 1Combine crushed cereal, sugar, butter, corn syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix up good; set aside.

Step 2Shape ice cream into 3 inch balls and roll in the cereal mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the ball is fully coated.

Step 3Place ice cream balls in muffin tins and freeze until ready to serve.

Step 4Serve with choice of toppings...whipped cream, chocolate syrup or cinnamon and a cherry on top!
