How to Make Lightly Decadent Homemade Ice Cream

  1. Stir splenda blend, ff half & half, whipping cream, evaporated milk, and ff sweetened condensed milk, blending well. (splenda blend disolves MUCH quicker than pure sugar)
  2. Pour into 4 quart size ice cream tube. Fill to "fill line" with 0% Skim milk. Stir to mix. Cover tube

Place covered tube into ice cream churn; connect to turn dasher/churn (either hand or electric). Place ice and rock salt, layered, and allow to freeze. Allow to sit covered, at least 30 minutes, for ice cream to "ripen"
