  • 1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated lemon zest plus more for garnish (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 3
    heaping tablespoons store bought lemon curd
  • 11 oz
    vanilla ice cream (about 1 3/4 packed cups)
  • ·
    whipped cream, sweetened
  • ·
    pizzelle cookies for garnish (optional)

How to Make Lemon Meringue Pie Milk Shakes


  1. In blender, combine milk,lemon zest,juice and curd; blend 5 seconds.
  2. Add vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth (about 10 seconds)
  3. Top shakes with whipped cream. Garnish with zest and pizzelles, if desired. Serve immediately.
