- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 - heaping tablespoons store bought lemon curd
- 11 ounces vanilla ice cream (about 1 3/4 packed cups)
- - whipped cream, sweetened
- - pizzelle cookies for garnish (optional)

Step 1In blender, combine milk,lemon zest,juice and curd; blend 5 seconds.

Step 2Add vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth (about 10 seconds)

Step 3Top shakes with whipped cream. Garnish with zest and pizzelles, if desired. Serve immediately.
