Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest plus more for garnish (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 - heaping tablespoons store bought lemon curd
  • 11 ounces vanilla ice cream (about 1 3/4 packed cups)
  • - whipped cream, sweetened
  • - pizzelle cookies for garnish (optional)

How To Make lemon meringue pie milk shakes

  • Step 1
    In blender, combine milk,lemon zest,juice and curd; blend 5 seconds.
  • Step 2
    Add vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth (about 10 seconds)
  • Step 3
    Top shakes with whipped cream. Garnish with zest and pizzelles, if desired. Serve immediately.
