I have a lemon tree so I always have lemon juice,either on the tree,or in the freezer. I wanted a light refreshing dessert,so I made this this afternoon. the hardest part is remembering to stir every half hour,I finally put the timer on to remind me.
1In a saucepan over low heat, cook and stir sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; cool,stir in lemon juice. Pour into a freezer container. Freeze for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes, or until mixture becomes slushy.
