    evaporated milk ,can
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/16 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    lemon rind, packed

How to Make LEMON CREAM FREEZE

Step-by-Step

  1. FREEZE MILK IN ICE TRAY TO AN ICY MUSH,REMOVE TO COLD BOWL ,ADD LEMON JUICE, BEAT UNTIL THICK.
  2. ADD SUGAR AND SALT GRADUALLY,THEN RIND,BEATING UNTIL MIXTURE IS STIFF AND FLUFFY.TURN INTO TRAY AND FREEZE.
