  • Step 1
    FREEZE MILK IN ICE TRAY TO AN ICY MUSH,REMOVE TO COLD BOWL ,ADD LEMON JUICE, BEAT UNTIL THICK.
  • Step 2
    ADD SUGAR AND SALT GRADUALLY,THEN RIND,BEATING UNTIL MIXTURE IS STIFF AND FLUFFY.TURN INTO TRAY AND FREEZE.
