evaporated milk ,can
1/2 c
lemon juice
3/4 c
sugar
1/16 tsp
salt
2 tsp
lemon rind, packed

Step-By-Step

1FREEZE MILK IN ICE TRAY TO AN ICY MUSH,REMOVE TO COLD BOWL ,ADD LEMON JUICE, BEAT UNTIL THICK.
2ADD SUGAR AND SALT GRADUALLY,THEN RIND,BEATING UNTIL MIXTURE IS STIFF AND FLUFFY.TURN INTO TRAY AND FREEZE.
