Step-by-Step

  • 1FREEZE MILK IN ICE TRAY TO AN ICY MUSH,REMOVE TO COLD BOWL ,ADD LEMON JUICE, BEAT UNTIL THICK.
  • 2ADD SUGAR AND SALT GRADUALLY,THEN RIND,BEATING UNTIL MIXTURE IS STIFF AND FLUFFY.TURN INTO TRAY AND FREEZE.
