How to Make Key Lime Cheesecake Ice Cream
- cream sugar and cream cheese together until smooth, add eggs and mix well.
- Add vanilla, and key lime juice, mix until incorporated
- Slowly add half and half, and heavy cream, scraping sides of mixing bowl. Whip until semi thick. Pour into a plastic container and refrigerate until well chilled.
- Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze for 20-30 minutes. Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze until firm (about 3 hours).
