italian lemon granita
(1 RATING)
My wonderful husband surprised me for our 30th wedding anniversary with a trip to Italy this summer. Part of the time,we rented a home that included a cook, she was wonderful to share some of her recipes, this is one I really enjoyed. This is her original recipe, but I think when I make it I would omit the thyme, try both ways and see which way you like it. I wrote this recipe while watching her make the granita, these are approximate measurements as she did not measure.
