Ingredients

  • 4 - bananas, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3-4 tablespoons sugar to taste
  • 5 ounces buttermilk

How To Make instant banana ice cream

  • Step 1
    Put the frozen banana chunks into the food processor. Add the vanilla, sweetener and half the buttermilk
  • Step 2
    Turn on the processor and let it run for a few moments. Then, while it is still running, pour in the remaining buttermilk in a thin steady stream. Let the machine run until the mixture is beautifully smooth and creamy. Serve at once.
