This is a very sweet dessert. You might want to NOT add the rest of the caramel on top of the ice cream and only use the crumbles on top. Good for a crowd and you can make well ahead and freeze.

1/4 c
rolled oats
1/4 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
chopped nuts
1 stick
1 jar(s)
caramel ice cream topping
1/2 gal
soffened ice cream, any flavor

How to Make Ice Cream Nut Dessert


  • 1Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts & butter in 9x13 inch pan and bake 350 degrees F. for 15-20 min.
    Cool and crumble.
  • 2Divide the crumbles in half and put half back into pan. Then put 1/2 jar caramel topping over crumbs and then the ice cream.
  • 3Add rest of the caramel on top of the ice cream and sprinkle on the rest of the crumbles. FREEZE
