This is a very sweet dessert. You might want to NOT add the rest of the caramel on top of the ice cream and only use the crumbles on top. Good for a crowd and you can make well ahead and freeze.

  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
    rolled oats
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 stick
  • 1 jar(s)
    caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/2 gal
    soffened ice cream, any flavor

How to Make Ice Cream Nut Dessert


  1. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts & butter in 9x13 inch pan and bake 350 degrees F. for 15-20 min.
    Cool and crumble.
  2. Divide the crumbles in half and put half back into pan. Then put 1/2 jar caramel topping over crumbs and then the ice cream.
  3. Add rest of the caramel on top of the ice cream and sprinkle on the rest of the crumbles. FREEZE
